Forgot your password?

On the sign-in screen tap Forgot password and enter your email. We send a link that is valid for 30 minutes.

Cancel a subscription

On your iPhone open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Financio. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportproblem.apple.com.

Export your data

In the app you can export everything as CSV at any time.

Delete your account

Open your profile in the app and choose Delete my account. This permanently removes your account and all your data. If you cannot open the app, email us from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.
